Hey Sean,
I use regular old Mica powder. You can get a pack of like 30 colors for around $25-$30. They work really well when adding to polymer prior to baking.

Hi, sorry it took me so long in replying.... I forget to check my blog for comments. The tool I was referring to was just a needle tool, that Christi Freisen uses. Please check out her website and any directions you might find there, that refers to the tools she uses.

I am a user of Polymer Clay, and I have fairly good results, however, I am self taught and very confused by the use of powders. As in this instruction, you state you used some "goldtone powders on it before baking…to give it a metal look". I would love to do this and never know which of the many kinds of powders to use... please could someone give me the name of products which will do this... please, k tkx bi, sean.
